MIU MIU x New Balance launches a new work, 530. The secondary line brand "Miu Miu", founded by Miuccia Prada in 1993, has teamed up with the renowned American brand "New Balance" to launch a new collaborative shoe model, "530", which will be featured in the MIU MIU 2024 Spring/Summer collection.
The collaboration between MIU MIU and New Balance once again brings a fresh, unique style. This collaboration is based on the classic "MR530", a model that first debuted in the 2000s and has now been refined into a sophisticated fashion item. It features a characteristic suede upper, showcased in striking beige and brown respectively. The tongue tag displays dual brand logos, and the laces adopt a double-layer design of cotton and leather, highlighting exquisite craftsmanship.
Following the Issey Miyake x New Balance collaboration, the standard Miu Miu x New Balance collaboration is also being announced successively.
Judging from the detail images, although it's not a deconstructed style, the color choices of bronze and sand, combined with the use of special materials, give its distressed feel a unique character.
Another major design feature is the sole; the New Balance 530 sports sole has been replaced with a thin sole.
The upper, crafted from a mix of leather and suede, offers great texture.
